We have a strict no return/exchange policy. However, if you receive a damaged product, you can approach us along with the pictures of your damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will compensate you accordingly.
You must inform us within 24 hours of placing your order if you want to cancel it. Please don’t refuse orders on your doorstep; it’s disrespectful and the business has to bear additional costs.
